It is the essential equipment for the mill to produce classifying flour.It is used for the minim wetting of wheat before milling to increase the tenacity of cortex to amend milling effect,avoid wheat skin broken too earl and increase the quality of flour and extraction rate.
It is composed of material seprating plate and spraying nozzle. The operating principle:The gas(pressure is 15-3kgf/cm ) go through the spraying nozzle,it spray certain water entering into spraying nozzle to fog,form the disc fog district.The wheat enter into damper fall down with ring through classifying plate,dampening throuth the fog district.
