1.Structure of final products: Mainly to produce grade 1 flour, it can also produce one or more kinds of flour at the same time.

Ⅳ. Process flow:
1. Cleaning technology: Adopt dry-method cleaning technology of three screening, two
scouring, two stone removing, five magnetic separating, one sorter, and two damping.
2. Milling technology: Four break, eight reduction, two scratch, two tail, five purifier, and
bran finisher in mid and rear procedure.
3. Flour milling flow: 24 Millers, of which four sets FMFQ12.5*2 Miller ，have a total grinding length of rollers of 6000cm. 20 pairs of rollers in break mill system account for 40% of the total grinding length; Three pairs of rollers in scratch mill system account for 6.25%; 15 pairs of rollers in reduction mill system account for 52.1%; 4 pair of roller in tail mill system account for 8.3%. 7sets FSFG6*24K*740 High plansifter:. Total 56 bins, rescreen occupies 4 bins and flour inspection occupies 6 bins
4.Features of milling technology: It uses long flour milling flow. Strengthen milling effect of reduction mill system and enhance material classification. Break mill can produce more wheat scraps and wheat reductions with high-quality. Slightly scraping, finely classifying and heavily scouring, guarantee integrality of bran. Reduction mill system uses smooth rollers, with good effect of grinding and can produce more high-quality flour. It utilizes the two-passage rescreen and three-passage purifier to get a further classification and purification effect of coarse flour, and wheat reductions, guarantee a good flour extraction in reduction mill system.

Ⅴ.Dust removing and pneumatic transmission:
Five air-net in cleaning part: three in raw wheat processing system; three high-pressure air-net in flour milling system for pneumatic transmission. Shock absorber is installed under high-pressure fans to decrease the shock and noise in workshop.
Brief introduction of PLC flour milling control system
This system adopts PLC programming control system to take a comprehensive automatic control on the process flow in flour milling plant. The brief introduction is below:
1.It adopts PLC programming controller performing start-stop of the machines, chain controlling, atomically settlement of troubles and sound-light alarm.
2.It by simulator displays all the process flow, and can visibly show the running state of all machines, conditions of valves, information of level of material, and alarm signals for overloading, low-speed elevating, blockage of augers, and whether bins are empty or full.
3.There are two kinds of control modes. Besides automatic controlling mode in control room, manual control on site is often adopted, which is convenient for maintenance of machines or as the backup producing methods to guarantee the normal running of the machines.
4.The central control panel provides reliable protection for machines and wires, if happens
breaking of circuit or phenomenon of overloading, it automatically cut off the power.
5.There are alarm buzzer and emergency stopping device for timely settlement of troubles and immediate stop while emergency cases.
